Privacy Policy

🔒 The short version
- You never need an account to use AI Toolbench.
- Our free tools run inside your own browser. The text you paste, the citations you build and the invoices you create are never uploaded to us.
- We only see your name and email if you choose to contact us, and we use them only to reply.
- Like most free websites, we show ads from Google to keep everything 100% free. Google may use cookies for this, and you can turn personalized ads off at any time.
- We never sell your personal information.
Welcome to AI Toolbench (aitoolbenchlab.blogspot.com). We built this site to be useful, free and respectful of your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what information is involved when you visit, how it is used and the choices you have.
1. Our free tools are private by design
Every tool on this site, including the Writing Checker, Word Counter, Citation Generator, Headline Analyzer, Text Cleaner, YouTube Description Generator, Prompt Library, Study Timer and Invoice Generator, works entirely in your web browser. When you type or paste something into a tool, it is processed on your own device and is not sent to our servers or stored by us.
A few tools remember small settings on your device so you don't have to retype them, using your browser's local storage. For example:
- your light or dark theme choice,
- today's focus sessions in the Study Timer,
- your business name, currency and payment notes in the Invoice Generator.
This information stays on your device. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
2. Information you choose to send us
If you use our Contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use this only to read and reply to your message, including tool suggestions. We don't add you to mailing lists and we don't share your message with anyone.
3. Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Blogger, a Google service. Like almost every website, Blogger automatically receives standard technical information when pages load, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you visited and the time of the visit. We also see simple visit counts and popular pages through Blogger's built-in statistics. This helps us understand which guides and tools are most useful. You can read how Google handles this data in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising and cookies
To keep every tool and guide free, this site may show ads served by Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
- To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions may be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time.
5. Links to other websites
Our guides and the AI Tool Finder link to other websites, such as AI apps, research tools and reference managers, so you can try them yourself. When you leave our site, that website's own privacy policy applies, so it's worth taking a quick look before you sign up anywhere. We list tools because we think they're useful. Nobody pays to be listed.
6. How we protect information
The site is served over a secure HTTPS connection. Because our tools don't upload what you type, there is no copy of your text on our side to lose or leak. Messages sent through the Contact form are kept only as long as needed to reply.
7. Your rights and choices
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site and its tools will still work.
- Ads: you can turn off personalized ads using the links in section 4.
- Your messages: you can ask us to delete any message you've sent us by emailing us.
- Local data: you can clear tool settings by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have extra rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Email us and we'll help.
8. Children's privacy
AI Toolbench is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. We're always improving
AI Toolbench is updated almost every day. We regularly add new free tools, publish new guides and refresh comparisons as AI apps change. So every time you come back, there's a good chance you'll find something new. If a change ever affects how your information is handled, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
10. Contact us
